I went here in October 2016 and found a little hidden gem! It is a lovely small restaurant that I would definitely recommend. The staff were nice and so was the food.

This was the first time I have been to the Old Cottage and I was not disappointed. The food and drinks were good and well presented and the staff were particularly attentive and courteous. Prices were also not high especially as its in Chichester. Well worth a visit.

Ok but really quite bland. Two different dishes tasted the same. Quite oily. Wont be going back. All a bit dated really. Shame. Went here years ago and it was really good then.

Totally enjoyable meal and all the dishes we ordered had there own character rather than being similar. Excellent house red wine for a value price. All staff attentive and friendly.

The restaurant is quite cramped and very hot with no windows open and spot lights above each seat. The toilets were not very clean or well looked after and so small that reaching for the toilet paper set the hand drier off, when I was relaying this to my fellow diners the waiter overheard but misheard and interrupted saying hand...
