Early supper - mussels were slightly overdone, bream was lovely apart from the fact that the skin was not crispy and was also still very scale and little apple crumble pretty average - staff seem to find it difficult to keep up ..... maybe there aren't enough of them?£

Visited on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was busy as you would expect. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was good, soupe de Poisson was excellent. Would revisit if in the area!

We have never been disappointed at any branch of Cote. Here too the service, food and value were very good. We tend to dine early and rarely find a restaurant busy. This one was, with, it seemed, pre-theatre diners. Noise levels were rather higher than we are comfortable with, particularly as one or two gentlemen were practicing the projection of... More

We visited this restaurant for a pre-theatre meal and the staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. It was ideally situated for our visit to the Salisbury Playhouse which was just a few minutes walk from there. We would thoroughly recommend it but would say that if wanting to have a pre-theatre meal there is a need to... More

As the lunchtime deal is such good value with such a good variety there's no need to even look at the full menu during lunch service. The food was stunning as always, especially the terrine. The waitresses were very helpful answering our questions and ensuring we were ok with drinks etc.

Lovely selection of breakfast treats, all reasonably priced and cooked to order. Excellent quality food and good service. Obviously a popular choice as all tables were full when we left.

This restaurant has limited vegetarian options. When we asked the waiter what were the vegetarian options, he said "please look at the menu". The food was tasty nonetheless. The pricing average.

We visited on a beautiful warm sunny day and sat outside, almost made us feel we were on holiday abroad. The lunchtime menu is excellent value at 2 courses for £10.95. We had a very friendly and knowledgable waiter called Alex. There is a 12.5% gratuity charge, which I believe maybe optional, but apparently it does go to the staff!.

Thank HampshireJams

Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities.
Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly
