The Fig Tree is a lovely restaurant tucked behind a beautiful courtyard in Malvern. the menu and wine list is excellent and the service second to none. There are 3 dining areas, including the outside courtyard ( complete with grape vines and plants). Lovely ambience, highly recommended.

We came here on a ladies' walking weekend and we all enjoyed it so much we can't wait to come back with our partners! It was a great Mediterranean menu which made it difficult to choose but when we did we all rated the food and were very impressed by it. It was a Saturday night - it was busy... More

This was recommended by my hotel. Closed on a Monday evening, Limited menu, but food good. Restaurant lacked atmosphere & not impressed to see kitchen staff standing outside by the front door smoking, Would I return, debateable.

What a lovely experience, I booked a table there for a works dinner, on arrival we had a lovely welcome from Christine and her team. They couldn’t do enough for us, water on the table before even asking for some. The food was delicious and the whole group couldn’t fault anything they ordered. They also didn't chase us out even... We were turned away by the restaurant in Malvern Theatres as it was full. We stumbled upon the Fig Tree by accident. Luckily we bagged the last available table as a late minute walk-in. The cuisine is Mediterranean. Very nicely prepared and not fancy. Good value for money and ideal when going to the theatre.

We visited the Fig Tree restaurant on Saturday before a matinee performance at the theatre. It is only 2 mins walk from the main street to the theatre. Booking was easy and the meal consisting of a shared starter, main and shared dessert beautifully prepared and tasty, The staff were great and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble including... What an excellent experience. A wonderful welcome from Christine and her Team. Delicious food served quickly and in a very professional but friendly way. This is a restaurant we could visit time and time again shame we live over 100 miles away but still hope to be back again sometime. Plaudits to Christine and her Team not forgetting Ian in... More

After visiting the RHS Malvern show we decided to head into Great Malvern for an evening meal. Hidden down a side street we spotted the Fig Tree, who fortunately had one table free. We were greeted by a very friendly and bubbly front of house staff who were prompt when needed but sufficiently distant when not. The food was freshly... More

With a warm welcome to a relaxed atmosphere, Christine ensures that you are at your ease and sets the tone for what is sure to be an excellent evening. The Mediterranean menu sets the Fig Tree apart from the usual chains and there'll be something for everyone. I can recommend the olives with a large glass of Merlot to start.... More
