Had been given some vouchers for The Inn at Christmas and had not been able to get out until this week. Well worth the wait, atmosphere really good, no music, good service in a way that was unobtrusive with a genuine feeling that it was important that we enjoyed the meal.

Our last visit left happy memories and hence we were looking forward to Easter lunch with friends. I was already worried about being allocated the second sitting, which always indicates greed to me. There was only a three course meal available, which caused concern to two of our friends. My starter was miniscule, so no worries there. Four of us... More

Set in a lovely location is the inn at Welland, I booked this week's in advance for my partners 50th birthday based on reviews from tripadvisor, we weren't disappointed. We where shown to our table immediately on arrival and offered drinks right away. The service was excellent throughout allthough a little impersonal. The meal itself was fantastic, good portions expertly... More

Fantastic choice and we will be back ! Beef fillet was fantastic. Only slight criticism is that the music was a bit low for early evening so meant atmosphere took a while to erupt, but only small draw back. Food and service were fab. Full of flavour and good timings and most of all great value for the quality of... More

Modern, comfortable and relaxed, the food is very good, and some of it was truly outstanding. Excellent Herefordshire beef fillet won praise from my husband. For me, the outstanding dish was my dessert of mango and passion fruit parfait with crème fraiche sorbet. That description doesn't do justice to the exquisite creation that was put in front of me. Huge... More

I have never ever said this before, the owners are a credit to the 150% effort they put into the business. My favourite place to eat in this area.

Interesting menu. My wife had the Pork Schnitzel and I went for the Calves liver. Both dishes were well cooked and were well presented visually. The décor is done in muted shades of grey - very relaxing. Try the local Hereford white wine called Bacchus 14.

Interesting and diverse menu; very good, friendly personable service, nice attention to detail, beautifully cooked, delicious and well presented courses, utterly pleasurable. Good selection of wines by the glass, the highlight being a glass of Chateau D'Yquem 1997 for dessert!

We have been several times but not for the last year. If anything it is better than before. Excellent varied menu. Attentive staff and outstanding food all in a lovely setting. Nothing was too much trouble. There is also a very nice garden area where one can sit and enjoy the sunshine.

We were on holiday and went to The Inn following recommendations in the 2017 "The Pub Guide" published by the AA. We were not disappointed! Our great customer experience started when we telephoned The Inn and spoke to the Landlord/owner, David. His up-beat, friendly response was refreshing and he was most helpful in accommodating us for Sunday lunch, which is... More
