The restaurant is located in a caravan park under a mountain. My favourite is duo Welsh lamb - braised lamb shoulder and pink rump steak.

Honestly the best meal my other half and I have ever had. We had the duck and the lamb which were incredible. The service was great as we were celebrating our engagement they kindly offered us a complimentary glass of champagne.

We weren't expecting such a super restaurant in this location! The team went out of their way to ensure we had a good evening and were friendly and attentive. Food was great - just as good to eat as it looked. Interesting wine list too.

Hi Ananda. On a Sunday chef cooks three joints of beef. One rare, one medium and one well done. Hope this helps? Louise

Description
The Aberconwy Resort and Spa on the north coast of Wales is a seaside retreat which boasts its very own gourmet restaurant. Signatures is a swanky affair – and its slate walls, vanilla leather chairs and chi-chi chandeliers are the perfect backdrop for relaxed nights out with friends and family. The restaurant has a theatre-style kitchen run by Executive Chef Jimmy Williams, and the modern British menu at Signatures includes a variety of Welsh classics including the duo of lamb with creamed leeks, pancetta and potato gratin, and the Welsh cheese platter. Locals also love the chorizo and spring onion risotto with chive oil, and the restaurant's excellent selection of fine wines.
