The worst hotel in United Kingdom I have been to in all my travels. I can not even call it a hotel- politely put- dump hole. My friends booked a room for 1 night stay. We arrived to he hotel quite late, it was after 11pm, by that time reception was closed, they left our room keys in the pigeon... More

This is a really lovely hotel. We had a very nice room and the meals and the staff were wonderful. Hoping to visit again.

Dropped in for a couple of drinks with the dogs after a very wet walk. Staff very welcoming and a very warm atmosphere having only very recently re-opened. Very busy bar but was surprised at the attitude of one member of staff when asked by another guest for the internet logon. If I was paying the tariff for a nights... More

Having studied an interesting menu outside, we went in. We came across what appeared to be a chef having a chat with another man; we tried to make contact, but neither of them acknowledged us. The bar seemed to have nobody on duty, and the rest of the ground floor looked as if it had been deserted. After wasting a... More

Just stayed here. Nice bfast, friendly staff. Room was not good, very cold when we arrived. No hot water, toilet smelled. Dust all over walls, cop webs, not clean atall. Im afraid we wont visit again. Room very dirty, not good enough for the rate there asking.

Stayed here last night after climbing Snowdon. Physically crashed into a cosy room after being checked in by a lovely woman. Nearly fell asleep in the bath but fortunately made it downstairs to the best steak I've had in years. All staff at dinner and breakfast were an absolute delight. We will definitely be recommending and returning.

We had an enjoyable evening meal. The braised lamb was excellent and everyone had a great meal with good service.

We called at this hotel one afternoon, after Christmas. We were hoping to be served afternoon tea, plus have a look around in case we decided to book a room here later on. There are boards outside the hotel stating that food is served all day, including afternoon teas and scones etc. We enquired at reception about afternoon teas, the... More

Let me start by saying that, if you just want bed and breakfast, then you wont be disappointed. This charming hotel is situated in the beautiful village of Beddgellert, in the Snowdonia national park. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast was excellent (with plenty of choice)...however, the evening meal and bar really let it... More
