Popped in and got a very pleasant surprise. It's been ages since we last called in and we were very disappointed. Now it's beautifully decorated. Scrubbed pine tables. Lots on offer. Great selection of sandwiches, paninis, cakes. Home made soup. All fresh and tasty. Very pleasant service on a freezing Monday in November. Smiley attentive staff. Dog friendly. What's not... More

I went here with my Hubby on a Monday lunchtime. It has a large free car park just off the main A5 near Betws-y-Coed. The cafe is slightly elevated (nice views) and accessed by a few steps. It is open 7 days a week (0900-1700 hrs). We arrived at 1235 hrs. There are no table menus - food choices are... More

Years ago I went there and it was dire - put me off even trying it for decades. Today, after a few hours on the excellent Penmachno bike trail, we stopped for a tea/coffee and were induced, by an impressively enthusiastic lady to buy the freshly baked blueberry and almond cake - it was delicious. All the scones etc. are... More

Fabulous little cafe. Great service, delicious brownies and delicious hot coffee and hot chocolate. Loved that muddy boots were welcome and was very inviting to dogs also.

What a transformation from the ugly, unfriendly and uninviting place it was before! Now: Everything done beautifully -coffee, food, décor. . . Fully deserves the lovely reviews and well worth a visit. Da iawn, Jan! Keep up the good work!! Wishing you all the best, Simon, Fiona and family.

Called in for lunch on a beautiful and warm November day. The Tuna baked potato was just what I needed , came with a salad and coleslaw. I resisted the cake, this time. Once off the busy A5 it soon becomes quiet, there is a sunny deck area where dogs are welcome and this is all surrounded by trees in... More

As previous reviews point out this place is a little gem. It is dog friendly, and serves a range of hot and cold drinks and large pieces of cake for the weary traveller, or those having just undertaken a Go Below Challenge. The coffee is a little strong for my taste, but it was certainly welcome. It has a welcoming... More

Very pleasantly surprised, we were made welcome by staff and especially our Jack Russell who was given dog treats. Clean and spacious with lovely views. Delicious well presented breakfast with mug of tea for £6.75 and good value too! Log fire was not lit, would of been better lit as quite chilly- that's my only moan!

One friendly waitress, one grumpy waitress. Food surprisingly good - jumbo fish finger sandwich amazing (and huge!). If you eat/drink in the cafe you can access the Falls without paying your pound...
