Cheap and hearty food, generous portions, friendly staff. Always busy, but worth it if you can get in , and you never have to wait long for the food

What can we say about big breakfast and the famous big mugs of tea except that the morning after a good walk and a night on the beer they hit the spot!

We enjoyed burghers here after climbing Snowdon. Just what we needed to fill up after a day out. Washed down by a pints of tea or a bottle of beer.

We walked around the former slate mine then came to Pete's Eats for some lunch and it was just what we needed. Really chilled vibe: colourful, lots of light and very clean. Service was really friendly, food was great; big portions, lots of vegetarian options. Order a large tea - it's massive!

Returned to Pete's Eats after a long break and was delighted to find that it is still as good as it ever was. Good food from a very extensive menu, good service and a great atmosphere. Perfect after a long day in the mountains. If you visit Llanberis don't miss it.

New Year's Eve - after a long walk we went to Pete's Eats for a well-deserved snack or two only to find it shut at 1pm (we'll let you off as it was holiday time!). Undeterred, we returned on the 2nd of Jan in order to experience the agony which is deciding exactly what to choose from the vast Pete's... More

Went for a meal here over christmas, we were surprised how quiet it was, as its normally busy, The food was great as usual and great prices. It a basic cafe / restaurant, serving very nice food, and home made cakes. Always pop in if in the area.

A varied menu, home cooking and a good mug of tea delight the customers of Pete's Eats. We have been visiting here for over 20 years, and have never been disappointed with the service and food. Whether finishing a long walk or passing through, don't miss out on a visit to one of North Wales favourite cafes!!

Pete's Eats is an all year round Cafe that believe in good value and good food. The staff are very polite, the food is served hot and the wait time can vary according to the number of customers ordering at the same time. The Cafe is very clean and there are seats and tables on 2 floors. I have no... More
