They serve a selection of homemade food including delicious mussels, pate, roast dinners and puds. Generous potions and haven't managed 3 courses yet! Bring your own bottle. I understand they've now moved to bigger premises a few miles down the road. Look forward to trying.

We drove to Ogmore last Saturday especially to have lunch in this gorgeous place only to find that it is no longer open. It was one of the best places we have visited for lunch as the food, the service and the setting were all excellent. Very sad.

I was there as part of a party celebrating a sixtieth. The cottage is atmouspheric. A beautiful nineteenth century home opened for parties on Saturdays. The food was excellent and well presented. The staff were attentive and could not seem to do enough to accommodate us. At £25 for 3 courses it represents value for money and the added value... More

Friday nights at the tea rooms are the best. We arrived at 7:45 and were seated at our table in the main tea rooms. Bring your own drinks were opened and we all reviewed the menu. There was a lot to choose from. We all ordered and the starters arrived each one of the could be a main portion as... More

Had a sunday lunch here and it was excellent value and great food. Lovely waitresses working in the garden. I had the best quiche and salad ever and my husband had a great sunday roast. A real hidden gem.

Had Sunday lunch here and it was very large and very tasty, well presented and the owners are very welcoming. The chef is a very good one at that. We come back on Valentine's night with the real fire roaring and again a very warm welcome. A nice touch is that the chef always comes in and chats with you... More

We visited the tea rooms after a friend recommended it to us. We emailed Maureen to check availability ogmorefarm@mail.com and were thrilled to get a space at the 2'o clock sitting. We drove down and stopped at Cobbles on the way, another fantastic find, and then made our way to the tea rooms. We were early but were welcomed with... More

After being wind battered and rained on at the beach spotted the sign for the tea rooms on our way home. The thought of something warm was to hard to resist. We walked in and wow what a place, was greeted by a very pleasing smile and asked if we wanted a table, we were shown to our table in... More

Shame on us that we have lived in the area most of our lives and have visited Ogmore Castle many many times but always passed the tea rooms and never really thought of it as a dining venue. On the advice of friends we recently booked Sunday dinner for three who highly recommended the place. Ogmore Castle and stepping stones... More
