A great place to have a drink or eat outside on a sunny day. The bar menu looked interesting and I was torn between a chilli chicken wrap with sweet potato fries or a fish finger sandwich with skinny fries. I decided to go for nostalgia and ordered the latter, bad choice. I ended up with an unheated sub roll... More

I'd only ever been here once and had a coffee but enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I decided to book lunch for Mother's Day despite never having tried the food. The menu choice was so great it was hard to choose and when the food came it didn't disappoint. Tasty, generous portions. Compliments to the chef and hats off... More

Really nice setting on the river, clean friendly pub/restaurant. Staff excellent, as is the food. Quite a rough day with the weather, but sure it would be fantastic on balcony with better weather.

We arrived about 15.00 paddy's day. Downstairs was really busy. Bit too cold too eat out side so we went upstairs to the restaurant. Had the lamp shanks potatoes champ and cabbage. Cooked to perfection. And it was lovely and quite, so we could relax and enjoy a chat. Very reasonable prices.

Went for lunch and we enjoyed our food. Didn't have to wait too long and staff were good. There is a manager who, when he is on duty, runs everything like clockwork plus he serves tables himself. It definitely deserves a visit and you wont be disappointed with the location, right on the river Lagan. Still find it odd that... More

Upstairs restaurant has a lovely view over the Lagan. Tables are well presented and the service at the start was fast and efficient. Starters were all great, especially the salt and pepper squid. Mains is where it fell down , beer battered fish was massive but a little greasy and the lasagne hadn't been reheated enough with a dry sauce.... More

Arrived mid afternoon on Saturday 18th February. We decided to eat upstairs as downstairs was noisy due to football on! There was no one eating but we didn't mind all all, the peace and quiet over looking river was heavenly! The staff were professional and friendly and food was delicious as usual, I only had a starter and mum had... More

Service is always excellent and definitely one of the best Sunday roasts in Belfast. Perfect for eating outside on a nice day or going for a walk after a big feed!

Cutters Wharf is renowned for those lazy, hazy days that we all love, when we can chill out by the river regardless of the weather.Ideal for a BBQ party or cocktail style event outside, Cutters is the place to be for any event! From al fresco dining areas outside with TV screens to never miss a match to the cosines of the casual downstairs bar with its riverside views where you can always enjoy the latest sporting event on one of many screens or listen to one of our live bands in the evening. Whilst upstairs you have informal dining at its best, in literally the comfiest restaurant in the city. With wide open windows to enhance your dining experience, there is nowhere quite like this in Belfast. Bring your friends & family to celebrate a special occasion or butter up your colleagues with a workplace party. Cutters really does have something for everyone!
