We went here for an evening meal during a short break in Belfast. The food was outstanding. The pork belly and chocolate orange lava cake were fantastic and my girlfriend loved the venison hotpot dish. A very nice atmosphere and ethos to the place makes for a great evening all round.

I was here on Friday night for a belated valentines meal, had been about 2 years since my last visit and it's still as enjoyable as before. We skipped starters so we could save room for desert, I had the crispy pork belly and my date had the flat iron steak. Both meals were cooked well very tasty and decent... More

We enjoyed two visits to two branches in the Cathedral Quarter- e regular one and the meat one. The regular was better. It is a fair deal- quality and price!

Recently frequented for a Sunday lunch after hearing some very good reviews, they weren't wrong! Very impressed by all factors; food, restaurant design, service, value.. would recommend to anyone and especially the venison hot pot!

We went on the recommendation of a friend, we were not disappointed! Lovely food, we had the chicken wings for starters and chicken supreme for main and prawn risotto! Wine was fab and the staff were really attentive : )

Went here for dinner and it was gorgeous! Had the hake with crab crushed potatoes and crispy kale I would highly recommend it. We had vanilla panacotta with raspberry sauce and doughnuts and white chocolate and cookie dough cheesecake and these were also amazing. Try the pannacotta if you go - you'll not regret it! The staff were really friendly... More

Both made in Belfast restaurants have a 'hipster' shabby chic decor about them which appeals to my wannabe artist (I have no artistic talent whatsoever) and the food adds to the genius within, the portions are generous (chicken wings) and the pre-theatre deal is great value for money, I'm gutted that I was too full to sample the dessert menu,... Had lunch at The Grill...menu seemed good. However while waiting on our food I watched both chefs in the kitchen pick at food and then handle food on peoples plates after licking their fingers without washing their hands. One of them licked his fingers after serving creme fraiche on a baked potato for a customer. One used a tea towel... More

Somewhat idiosyncratic decor, we ate at the odd time of 5.00pm so were the only guests in there at that time but the kitchen rose to the occasion and served a fine Pork Belly
