I was just meeting up with a friend and we only had coffee and mint tea. The drinks were fine, service OK. The place itself rather large and noisy - if you wanted a more private, intimate dining experience this is probably not the best place. Provision is made for families with young children with a play corner and activities... More

Had their delicious stew with wheaten bread. This was very appetising and the bread seemed home made.

Stopped here for a quick low cost meal before going to W5 for the afternoon. Great service and nice food made fresh! The salads where huge and lovely. A number of choices of cool and hot drink options and countless lunch choices all made just to order. Good choices for families with children and even people with food allergies. Would... More

This definitely appears to be a place that does not care about their staff, I called into this place today with my Mrs and my stepdaughter. Theis cafe in The Odyssey is quite large and at half past 1 this was a peak time. There was only 2 members of staff on and they were clearly under pressure, for this... More

Went here for tall ships for a quick bite and to feed the baby. They refused to give us warm water to heat the baby food due to health and safety! Then I ordered a hot n spicy wrap at £3.95. What a joke for the price, accompanied by a few crushed up tortillas. Won't be back

Well what can I say apart from will never be back near the place again. Out and about on a Sunday afternoon, and thought we'd call into the Odyssey for a bowl and arcade after a coffee and tray bake. Yes the atmosphere was non existent and, unwelcoming but we thought it's just a quick coffee and enjoy each others... More

I often call at the Streat in Ballyhackamore and the staff are always very pleasant and efficient. Coffee refills are not a problem and the food is fresh and flavoursome. We had the £10 meal deal - 2 Paninis, coffees and a delicious traybake. Service was very prompt and it is evidently a popular pit stop. Daily newspapers are also... More

We called in for some lunch before visiting W5, Ordered 2 streat breakfasts and 2 bottles of coke for the pricely sum of £16, I wouldnt of minded the price but the miniscule amount of bad food we got just was unacceptable, the meal consisted of 1 slice of toast, 1/4 of a soda bread, 2 cheap sausages, 1 slice... Popped into this complex for a light bite to eat on our way back from The TItanic attraction. Having had a coffee in one of the city centre Streats earlier in the day we opted to try it for lunch. The complex including through cafe was desolate and you would have thought it was closed, hardly anyone around and this... More

What a delight to find somewhere where you are not googling half the things on the menu! The Streat does good, tasty food. Their regular fry is really tasty - just the right amount and not swimming in grease. My son is a fan of the beef baguette with pepper sauce and my daughter and I have been guilty of... More
