It was easter sunday and my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to Sunday lunch and walking through Belfast we found Whites they were doing food so in we went. The bar was quite cold and told the bar staff who said she would put some heating on but sad to say there wasn't much heat so after eating... More

I think this is a nice to do with tourists / visitors to the city. The whole oldest tavern in Belfast thing is a draw and the traditional interior and fire on a cold winters day is also a plus. I went in for lunch on a Friday, quite early...it was empty, but unfortunately at 12 noon the Irish stew... More

Very old quant pub, quite hard to find. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful. Would recommend.

I live in Scotland but when I come home this is always my first stop, it has been a local in our family for a few generations now. It never fails to impress, by far the best pub in Belfast, don't let anyone tell you different!!

Some of the best pub grub I've had! Staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you! Bar was cosy with a nice relaxed atmosphere! Open fire is great! 👌🏻

Belfast's oldest pub. It took a bit of finding, even the taxi driver hadn't got a clue. You would expect this place to be packed. It was virtually empty. We received a couldn't really be bothered sort of welcome. I asked if they were serving food and was told that it was finished and this was before 8 p.m. We... More

Well worth a visit positioned down a narrow lane . Plenty of seating area and things to look at in pub. Guest beers are worth a try.

This is a pub experience. Anything from 1630 has to be visited. Do not know about food other than chowder which was nice but a pint and gin and tonic were just fine. Located in a back alley.
