Award winning eatery; lovely home made food (chicken mayo sandwiches are amazing); very accommodating when it comes to dietary needs; polite, friendly and helpful staff. Queuing is sometimes necessary at peak times cos it's so popular, but well worth the wait
Visited on bicycle yesterday for coffee and cake/scone. My wife had a lemon and orange scone which she thoroughly enjoyed and I had a gluten free oaty bar that was delicious.

One of the best cafes in town. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Had a lovely lunch there last week good food at reasonable prices. Always seems to be busy and is popular with people who like to take away.
My friends and I often pop through to Arbroath for a bite of lunch in The Pende are Cafe. The staff are very friendly and the food is tasty. Would highly recommend this place.
