Stopped off for a well earned pot of tea. Was pleasantly surprised on entering, very well laid out, nice shopping section and good sized restaurant. I decided to have a sandwich, tea and a cake. Apart from the tea the rest was not very nice...More

What a great place. Very friendly staff and super scottish breakfast. Clearly freshly cooked and good quality at that. Handy place to stop whether travelling north or south. Will use again.

First visit to Peggy’s Cafe and very impressed by quality of Shop and restraunt. Shop sells local fresh produce as well as hand made gifts and accessories. The Big Breakfast was outstanding and was my only meal all day.

Visited Peggy Scotts Restaurant on a Sunday evening 30 minutes before it closed. Despite only being able to offer soup at this time, it was a very welcome stop. We both thoroughly enjoyed the soup and would not hesitate to stop here again.

Really enjoyable experience on Christmas Eve morning. The food came quickly, and was very tasty. The staff were really good actually for a cafe on the side of an A road. Would definitely return at some point when up here again. Merry Christmas to all.

Hi, Sorry for the delay in replying to the question. I actually do not know the answer but a phone call to the restaurant before setting off, could get the answer. Nina Scott

This restaurant / cafe is on the A90 Nr. Forfar, Scotland. It has been refurbished to a high standard, and a godsend if trawling the A90, which has miles and miles of nowhere as convenient as Peggy Scotts
