Went in for a snack lunch on a dank January day - the staff were excellent and slightly older than the average. All sorts of meals and snacks on offer and warm and comfortable surroundings.

We were on a coach tour and had an afternoon in Oban. Choose this coffee shop as look lovely from the outside. Inside is even better. Quirky little place , nice staff and a huge selection on the menu. As it was pre Christmas we got a shot of mulled wine free with our order. Will happily return on our... More

We visited in mid December and we were in Oban at lunch time. After looking at a number of eateries we settled on Julie's because of its smart exterior and all round looks. The coffee shop is right opposite the Oban distillery. Inside it was warm and welcoming and the menu was extensive enough for our light lunch requirements. The... More

Drove from Lindon to go to oban and it was closed this was a located right across the way and I'm so glad we decided to go in! The food was fabulous (we had a seafood platter) that was accompanied with the best fresh bread. Kind staff & prompt service!

Just off the main street but you have to look out for it. Lovely home baking, excellent soup and snacks all served by pleasant local staff. Good value for money in a very nice atmosphere.

Convenient location near the harbour. Service, food and cleanliness all excellent. We had the baked potato with tuna, scones with salmon and cream cheese, and the BLT sandwich. All came with a side of lightly dressed salad and portion size was perfect. Price was reasonable and we would definitely return.

Stopped here before visiting the distillery right across the street. Compact with 9 tables inside so could get busy at peak times. Food and service was excellent with a wide range of sandwiches and cakes on offer, and reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommended.

Julie's is located opposite the Oban Distillery, and is the best coffee shop in town. I don't understand how it has been omitted from the iPad app. listings.
