We have eaten here before and you do need to book. There is bar seating, conservatory seating and when the weather allows outdoor seating. The food is high end pub food. The staff are very helpful.

Straight forward, pleasant menu. Tasty food . Staff very welcoming and helpful. The decor is dated / tired but it is a relaxing, welcoming place which is what counts.

Hi Ian, I think the previous answer referred to the Masonic Arms in Kirkcudbright, who don't do food. We do very much. No we don't have sky sports just free view but we do show whatever sporting events we can. Cheers
