Simple exactly how a bistro should be - good food, good atmosphere, sensible prices, friendly efficient service. Loved everything about it.

Food, atmosphere, service, staff, everything was right! I love the warmth, the creativity (and the familiarity at the same time) of good, honest, carefully designed dishes. The avocado cake was divine, as were all my dishes. Bravo! And the price is right too, particularly pleased that the espresso coffees are not what they are in most restaurants: daylight robbery. Will... More

The food was very good with different combinations of flavours. Also impressed that we were asked if we had any food allergies . Cream does not agree with me , so was able... More

Found this restaurant by chance as looking for a place not in the centre of town. Fabulous meal, every course for all our table if 4 was fabulous. Can't recommend this little unassuming bistro enough.

We booked the private space downstairs at BiaBistrot for 12 people for my Mum's 70th. The group consisted of 10 adults, my newborn baby and my toddler son. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and the food and service was excellent and incredibly good value for money. I will be eternally grateful for how the team went out of... More

Friendly staff make the evening....and dinner is good too. The beetroot carpaccio went down well, as did the cauliflower couscous which was spiced, pleasantly, in a Moroccan style. Steak with pepper sauce is tender and excellent, cooked to the request of medium rare and it is good to savour the sauce separately in a ramekin. There are excellent vegetarian options... More
