What a gem of a place this wee food shack is. If you love toasties then try here. The filllings are something else!! We visited at end of Nov 2022 and had our first ever macaroni cheese toasty. The lady was super friendly and our...lil Oreo got a wee treat too. It was closed when we visited again in January. We cannot wait for them to upen again when it gets busier. Yummy!!!More

Easy to get to. Great tasting toasties that arrive hot. Prices reasonable for what you get. Only downside was the length of time we waited in the pouring rain for someone to open the serving hatch and take our order. Maybe just bad timing. Defo...worth goingMore

A wonderful sunny September Saturday at Kingsbarns beach, great for rockpooling. My daughter had heard about the toastie shack so we were looking forward to giving it a try. I had seen this business on Trip Advisor and we didn't want to eat in St Andrews - glad we came back to Kingsbarns beach. Brilliant service for freshly prepared, over-filled, scrumptious toasties! I had the cheese, ham and pickle and it was amazing! My...husband and son had the 'sausage' and chips - absolutely brilliant chips - not at all greasy. The couple taking orders and cooking were efficient and polite. Thanks for filling a hole at lunch time - hole in one!More

Revolting food! Woeful service, more interested in stuffing her face with ice cream (behind the counter) than doing any work. Customers served after me got there food first and made a nonsense excuse why it took so long. Not worth the ridiculously long wait or...the attitude I received.More

Excellent new yorker toasties and bratwurst hotdogs, friendly service all cooked to order. Would definitely recommend will return
