We had a fantastic meal at Bilson 11. We chose the 5 course tasting menu and loved every course. The waitresses and waiter were excellent and were very knowledgeable about the food. Definitely try the cheese board!

Food was excellent. The trout was as soft as the marshmallow that followed for dessert. Staff very informative but discreet. Deserves to be busier than it was but the weather was horrible and it is Easter break Thank you, looking forward to our return

We loved it. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive and pleasant without servility and the price was very reasonable.
