Fish is the major player in this restaurant tucked away in a rather shady-looking locality. Beautiful service and an interesting decor. I thought that my main course fish was just a little dry which was disappointing considering the price.

Easily the best place to eat in Glasgow. The food was superb and a great portion size. The staff were incredible - so attentive and helpful. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We had an amazing lunch for a really good price. Penicillin was my favourite cocktail. Honestly - you should try this eatery...it's brilliant in every way.

Visited this restaurant on a cold wet Sunday afternoon - this place would brighten anyone's day. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with its traditional interior. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Our meals were all great - local top quality produce and ingredients cooked and presented in a modern manner. There was five of us dining, and... We were there to celebrate a birthday & although the recommendation had come from London (which was why expectations were so high) the overriding memory will be the number of flies buzzing around while we ate. It was December so clearly not a seasonal problem. The staff all knew & commented how irritating it was & that no one knew... More

Let me begin by saying if I could give this 10 stars I would. This had such a lovely ambiance about it, and everyone was not only professional, and courtesy but extremely pleasant on top of all that. The interior is very dark wood and many different knick knacks, but it all works, it is wonderful. We had our first... More

We had dinner here over Christmas break. We had the Cullen skink which was very good. I had the pan fried fillets of sea bream, fennel & rocket salad, roast beetroot dressing. It was very good as the sea bream was moist and the beetroot dressing was very good. My boyfriend had the flash fried West coast Scallops, roasted sweet... More

Well looked after by staff. Needed to order additional veg as portions were a bit mean. Overall food and drink excellent.

Arriving to the restaurant made me want to go back to the hotel, the restaurant did not at all look like a restaurant from the outside. But once inside it got better, great smell of cooking food and a nice smile welcomed us. This is a very, very small restaurant with a very, very good food and an excellent service... More
