Recently had dinner here, and feel disappointed as food was pretty average, with not much choice. The starters were good, but mains not as expected.. scallops overcooked and tiny. Staff were lovely but overall disappointing meal to what we have had before. Not sure if...More

One of my most pleasant dining experiences ever, friendly attentive service in this small but very cozy restaurant. You almost felt like you were sitting in your own dining room, had the venison toast starter and followed by sea bream , dessert the cheesecake. Taste...More

There were 6 of us and we all had different things. It was served delightfully and was great value. We go quite often and the food is always of a high standard and although it is a small restaurant the ambience is friendly and warm.

Excellent food and service. Catered for a toddler superbly. A thoroughly good experience. I would certainly visit again.

It was our wedding anniversary. As it is close to St Valentines Day it is always a problem finding a restaurant that's not completely full, catering for candle lit dinners for two. We had been here a few years previously and had enjoyed our experience....More

See looked forward to visiting this for a while. We took the opportunity to go there with friends when visiting Glasgow and were very disappointed. Restaurant was cramped with large parties taking up space. The food was bland, unimaginative and not the standard we had...More

Good value for either 2 or 3 courses, we were on a deal which included a glass of fizz. Menu not extensive but more than enough choice not to make it difficult to choose. We had smoked salmon/goats cheese tartlet followed by mushroom risotto/chicken with...More

I have been here twice recently, and I honestly cannot fault this restaurant at all, and would go as far as to say I consider it to be one of the best restaurants in Glasgow. The menu is small, but caters to most people, and...More

There are lots of good bars within a few minutes, most are the trendy type and serve good cocktails. The Griffin Bar is a little bit different, looks like an old pub but has a great range of Scottish Gins; worth a try!
