I went here during a business trip in May 2017. I regularly eat Indian food, and this was probably the best I have come across. The starter (pakoras) was very nice, the apparently homemade chutneys were a good accompaniment to the poppadums, but the main course of smoked lamb with broccoli and green chilli was absolutely superb. Really soft, nicely... More

First time here and I was so impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. There were 8 of us so we tried a lot of what was on offer. My one criticism would be the simple lamb curry did not have enough meat in it and my dad felt hungry and let down by that. All of the... More

Went back to Mother India this weekend. Always go there when when I'm over visiting my son. It's the absolute best Indian restaurant in the country.Raan Lamb, chicken, aubergines, home-made mango chutney, black lentil daal, the best Peshawari Naan I've ever tasted with coconut and almonds. Pilau rice superb. Always rave about it every time I go there! Delicious!

Absolutely gorgeous delicious food. Don't go anywhere else! Although the Cafe next door to this is also excellent... Difficult to choose between them sometimes

We went for casual meal after work and it was delicious! Food was fresh and not overly oily, which is often the case with Indian food in this country! The staff were lovely and it was really reasonably priced. We had one beer, three dishes, nann and rice and was £35 including tip. Can't wait to go back!

One of my favourite haunts of all time. We'd another great excellent meal here recently and, as usual, at a bargain price. High quality ingredients cooked from fresh makes for tasty interesting food. On my last visit fried lamb with turnip was delicious as was the special, a green herbed fried rice. Lovely, friendly service just adds to a great... More

Dining In is in a league of its own. It's the Sancerre of the curry world. Perfectly balanced, delicate dishes deliver wave after wave of Mother India's magical flavours. It really doesn't come much better than this. Destination dining at it's best.

As a starter we shared chicken Pakurra - so good. I continued with prawns in curry and my daughter chicken Masala. A very nice, tasty meal with friendly staff.

This was our best dining experience in Glasgow. Very attentive staff who can't do enough for you. Fabulous atmosphere. Portion sizes were very generous for the price. We had a starter each with mains. We shared naan rice and opted for paying extra for chutneys - best mango chutney ever! I wish I had found it sooner as I would... More
