Recently discovered this very pleasant cafe. Really delicious cakes and range of teas. Ideal for catching up with friends. Very good service too.

Popped into here after seeing it was nearby to where we was via Trip Advisor. All the reviews were positive so worth the car ride to check it out. Lovely place, great food, service was excellent and simply cannot fault this place. Had the all day breakfast which was huge and really nice. Saw the Bannana and chill smoothie which... More

I live out of the area but have visited the Hyndland Cafe frequently over the last year. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere warm, the cafe spotless and the food delicious. I've visited other places in the area which may be bigger but can't beat the Hyndland Cafe for service or quality of food. They offer a sit down and... More

Stopped here for some lunch and was very pleased I did. I was lucky enough to have The spicy tomato and bean soup, it was delicious.... I would recommend as it was value for money and friendly staff.

Jumped in for a bite to eat. £8 for a roll and a burger with no chips or juice! If this wasnt outrageous enough opened the burger and I have seen better quality from a chip van! The burger tasted like perfume and brine, and the meat was chewy as if it's been sitting on the frying pan all morning.... More

So sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your burger with us! I personally feel that £8 for a double breakfast roll and a freshly cooked-to-order homemade burger (steak mince with onion, wholegrain mustard, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper) with salad and homemade coleslaw does offer value for money in Glasgow's West End. The reason we don't do chips in... More

As an exiled Glaswegian I only get a proper breakfast roll about twice a year! Since the demise of the Kings Cafe I've been searching for a replacement & this place seems to fit the bill. Don't mistake "simple" or "basic" for low quality: this lovely little local eatery knows how to do breakfast, and with some novel twists too (try... More

Visited here for a breakfast with my fiancé. Very small and cramped establishment. Once we sat down we realised how dirty the floor was , pity we had already ordered by this time. My Fiancé asked was the toast already buttered when served, because she doesn't like butter it makes her feel sick. Well they put my buttered toast on... More

I spoke to the staff after reading your review and the mistake made was the wrong toast on your fiancé' plate, for which we do apologise. We tried to remedy this by offering an alternative and in the end there was no charge for the meal. The floors, I can assure you are cleaned am and pm and it had... More
