Little Italy is exactly what it says on the tin! My family are scots Italian and we know good coffee. Little Italy is the best coffee you will get outside of Italy. You can't beat the pizza, my favourite is the Italian sausage washed down with a can of san pellegrino! The only slightly negative thing I could say is... More

And the food? WOW!! Simple, tasty, hot and of great standard!! Deelish!! If you do go, order the meatballs! Out of this world!! And a fabulous place to just sit on... More

Ideal stop on Byres Road for a delicious cup of coffee and a plate of good Italian food! Plenty of seating but best place is right by the window watching the world go by!

I used to go in all the time but moved away. Was in tonight for first time in 5 years. What a terrible disappointment and such low quality food. Ordered meatballs, garlic bread, (spaghetti) tagliatelle and 2 cokes. Get seated on the stools at window, food turns up quickly, meatballs average, sauce not great, garlic bread ok, tagliatelle DISGUSTING. Not... More

He ordered a pizza and i ordered a bolognese. Mine didn't arrive until his was cold, partly because of the wait and partly because of the draft coming from the main doors (right brisk!). His pizza was overly greasy and my bolognese was almost inedible due to all the salt in it! I'm not usually bothered by salty foods but... More

The menu looked good and the staff were friendly. We loved the mezzanine dining area and the draft beer was great . My main course was nice but my husband was served the wrong dish. Not the end of the world and the error was quickly rectified. However, we ordered a nougat icecream desert. From the description we expected a... More

Went there last night for coffee after a meal at the excellent Mr Sing's and was carrying a tub of ice cream to take home which I just had to try (from the excellent Corollas next door). Manager was a short man with a blue shirt on and very oily hair. He said to me "I can not allow you... More

Lovely restaurant, service was excellent and waitress went out of her way to meet our food requests. We enjoyed a lovely meal and puddings were to die for.
