Absolutely awful and expensive. It just doesn't get any better, it's increased in price and probably gotten worse. There's a Chinese in Kingussie a million times better

Read reviews on Snow Mountain and nearly decided not to visit but three of us had been looking forward to a Chinese meal so decided to risk it. It was lovely, we had Hong Kong Sweet & Sour Chicken and Chicken with peppers & black bean sauce both with fried rice. Phoned order through and it was ready when we... More

We are on holiday at the moment and after arriving decided to have a takeaway from Snow Mountain, have had food from there before when we've stayed in Aviemore and we have found it ok. Again this time my food was ok but expensive compared to at home, over £10 for crispy chilli beef and egg fried rice! The beef... More

Been coming to Aviemore for 35 years skiing and walking holidays, for many years each visit had Chinese meal from Snow Mountain even in the good old days when it was a sit in restaurant. Over the recent years food quality has declined and prices have gone up, but this year was awful. Rice was barely fried , chicken satay... More

We have only ever ordered takeaway from the Snow Mountain Chinese once and I can't see us ever doing so again. The food was think gloopy slop which neither of us could eat. Sadly I think the main problem being that there is no competition in Aviemore serving Chinese food for it to raise its game and an endless stream... More

I agree with some of the comments. Food was average the fried rice hadn't even seen an egg! No competition in Aviemore. I wouldn't go here again

I'd phoned through a take a way order, arrived a few minutes after the time they said and still had to wait. Absolutely nothing wrong with the food. Three different meals and we each enjoyed them.

Was down on a stag doo this past weekend in Aviemore area, and after a slightly hungover afternoon of go - karting we decided to get a takeaway from the Snow Mountain Chinese. To say the food was bland is the understatement of the century. Out of 13 hungry Island men only 1 of us enjoyed their meal (Chicken satay)... More

Had a take away from here during our visit to Aviemore. It was ok. The spare ribs in sauce are lovely but a bit expensive. I also had chicken with chilli & honey & there was no chilli at all in it & was just really sweet.

Had a sweet and sour vegetable with boiled rice.Had been out cycling and had built up a bit of a hunger, good job.Vegetable sweet and sour sauce was vinegar tasting and the vegetables had no taste at all.Rice was quite keen to remain stuck together.Avoid.
