Our group of five arrived in Inverness from Edinburgh at just before the dinner hour and were anxious to have a meal after the drive and unpacking. We had identified several places that offered gluten-free options, but they were booked. After a bit of phoning...More

We picked Café 1 based on the reviews and the facts that they had openings (OpenTable) for that night. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was packed. Once at our table, we noticed that every single staff always smiled back at you and was...More

After reading lots of good things sadly our trip was a disappointment. Service was the main issue, slow, we were not informed about unavailable menu items and bread was brought with no butter. As for the food the starters were lovely but mains less so,...More

You always get a good meal at Cafe 1 but can be quite pricey. Good service and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Family meal here. Great atmosphere in the restaurant. The menu was extensive enough. The quality of the food and presentation was excellent. The dessert menu felt a bit limited but was adequate.
