Popped in for tea and a pint. And the food was great. We had Clava Brie wedges for starter. And chicken on haggis and scallops for mains. All of which were first class. Service lady great. We just wish this pub had more of an air of permanence about it. A ToLet sign outside, no debit cards, etc all smack... More

This lovely pub is famous for its good selection of real ales on hand pump, but it is also a great destination and a lunch time spot to eat. Situated just west of the railway swingbridge, at the sea lock end of the Caledonian Canal, this is a great place to walk for lunch. Follow the River Ness north out... More

We called her for a meal on 10.04.17, having read the reviews, to find a sign outside stating 'To Let'. There was only a barman and a lady with her child in the bar. No sign of any food.

Sorry about the title but this was my wife’s words when she finished her mother’s day carvery yesterday, and I must admit it was! We booked a table for 15:00 and had a nice beer before settling down to our meal. The roast beef was very nicely cooked as was the gammon. The vegetables were all prefect, my favorite being... More

We went in for dinner as we were staying in Inverness, it was brilliant! The food was delicious (particularly the vegetarian haggis!!) and the price was fantastic. Our dog was welcomed and even offered some treats and water (something so little but meant a lot to us). If we were here longer we would definitely be back!

Been here a few times now with my partner and other family as we stay at a cottage near by (Minard Cottage - would highly recommend). Clachnaharry has very decent food (would recommend the fish and steak pie!) - it's a small pub with a cosy fireplace and big portions of food. Friendly staff (also dog friendly)

We visit the Clachnaharry Inn fairly regularly for Sunday lunch and have never been disappointed. The Sunday menu is fairly short but this compensated for by its carvery. There is always a choice of meat with plenty of veggies to choose from. Staff are very friendly and efficient, service is quick and efficient too. The restaurant is small and cosy,... More

We were unsure whether dinner was served here when we walked into this inn but it was. We found ourselves a seat by the fireplace and chose the roast of the day. It was wonderful. Portion size was a little overwhelming but I did my best.

I'm currently visiting as many dog-friendly places as possible with my very friendly and obedient collie, and had been recommended the Clachnaharry Inn by a friend. We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday in June, and my sister decided to pop in and ask for a table while I waited outside with the dog. She returned a minute later, a... More

Description
THE CLACHNAHARRY INN is a great 'craic' pub with emphasis on being friendly.
There is always something going on.

The 'Clach' is an institution within the local area and serves 4 ales and 1 cider alongside other draught beers, lagers and ciders.

We are an informal pub that delivers highland hospitality and great food, and what's better is that we love what we do!

We are also a dog friendly pub! Pooches are welcome in our bar and beer garden while our restaurant and lounge bar are dog free - they even have their own biscuit barrel and water bowls!

We also have a Take-Away Menu available 7 days a week. Simply pop in and have a drink while you wait for your freshly cooked meal, or phone us in advance and pick it up on your way past!
