We did not have reservations but a helpful staff member made a table available for us at the back of the restaurant. Service a bit slow but the place was super busy and the pizzas seem to be made "to order". I enjoyed a very...More

The Food and dessert were delicious. We went on two different occasions and we enjoyed both of them. My only complaint is the service, which can be slow and often disorganized. Both times we waited a considerable amount of time for our order to be...More

Apart from its amazing food, another plus point zizzi has is that its open till 23.30 which is quite late given its location. Had pasta and prawns there which were up to my liking and to finish things off had their salted caramel brownie with...More

Food was acceptable and the prices were fair, good service and they stay open very late when everywhere else was closed. River view from the massive glass fronted building.

Although resident in Inverness had never visited Zizzi because I’ve heard mixed reviews from friends, but decided to give it a try. I doubt if it could have been worse. Vegetarian friend had a Rainbow salad, another had the same salad with chicken - weirdly...More

I enjoyed dinner here not once, but twice while I was in Inverness. The food was delicious, the service great, and I definitely walked away a happy customer.

We felt like pizza after a long day traveling & sightseeing and we were not disappointed. Delicious wood fired pizza, 1 was enough for us to share as we’d also shared an entree.

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Zizzi Inverness is truly one of the most stunning restaurants we have. One elevation is all glazed floor to ceiling - giving diners a truly amazing view of the river. Four local themes have been the inspiration behind the design of the new restaurant: the historic River Ness, boats, whisky distilleries and the Highlands. A large wooden ceiling raft that is splintered at one end to replicate old boats, light fittings that look like buoys and a rope and pulley feature in the window. The contour lines of the Highlands and Lowlands are detailed through Ordnance Survey maps on the ceiling, whilst copper pipes throughout the restaurant give a nod to the famous distilleries.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.
