well, a bit mixed opinion from my side: while the salmon was fantastic, the fish and chips was soooo dry ("fried to death"), I could point several locations nearby where this dish is waaay better. The black pudding was good.

This place is a must to visit. Everyone in town will tell you that. There is a great selection of beers and the food is tasty. The friendly service and the atmosphere works for me.
Typical Scottish pub on lower level with restaurant upstairs. You can order food from the restaurant in the bar - which we did. It is Scotland but we were tired of the traditional Fish and Chips and burgers. We ordered a pizza and chicken quesadilla....More
