We ate here on a Saturday evening, shortly after the restaurant won it's best in Scotland award. The food was fantastic (we went for the tasting menu and accompanying wine choice which I'd recommend) but we found the service somewhat lacking and inattentive. The restaurant wasn't full. 63 Tay St will hopefully be working towards a Michelin star, but has... More

Experienced the excellent tasting menu from Graeme Pallister for the first time. 5 courses for £45 and each one better than the last. What's more we left the restaurant replete. Each course was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. You simply must give this option a try.

Lovely set lunch. Food was delightful, well presented, and the restaurant ambience was ideal. Very attentive staff. Will definitely return.

Went on Thursday for a taster menu meal. We have had this before and every time it is not only different but also delicious. The welcome is warm and comfortable. The Maitre de is really nice and helpful. The service is always very good. Will be returning without a doubt

Come up this way to see my daughter and we always go for a meal at 63 on my final night. The food is exceptionally good and worth every penny.

I don't know why we haven't been to No 63 before, I suspect that we thought it might be too expensive. Mother's Day lunch was certainly good value, I didn't check when booking, and the menu did not show a price, but it was about half to two-thirds of what I was expecting. The menu was a bit fish oriented... More

We got a recommendation to go to 63 Tay Street. We were not disappointed. When opted for the 5 course taster meal which includes a flight of five wines to suit the different courses. The food was lovely and the wine - and I'm not a great wine drinker - was perfect for the coursed served up. It was quite,... More

Description
Perths 63 Tay Street is regularly billed as one of Scotlands top restaurants. Set in a typical imposing grey stone building, the small but perfectly formed dining room is pure elegance from soaring ceilings to polished wood floors. The menu is made up of British classics given a contemporary twist, so youll find your Aberdeen Angus served with an oxtail sauce and your Inverurie lamb rack, neck and shank may be served with traditional neeps, but youll also find chorizo mash on your plate. The use of fresh, local ingredients and fine produce sourced from further afield means that every dish promises to delight those tastebuds.
