This was not my first visit. I regularly visit with my family and we have always found the restaurant very nice. On our most recent visit, Although we arrived just after a busy spell, the staff had the tables ready very quickly. My wife has a gluten allergy, and finding nothing suitable on the menu, we asked Krystal our waitress... More

Have enjoyed many lunches at Pitlochry Festival Theatre over the years and have never been disappointed food wise. The restaurant also benefits from stunning views over the river.

Another very good coffee and cake break in the bar area of the restaurant. Tables overlooking the River Tay are highly sought after. Service is very good and choice of scones etc is first class. Ample parking.

Dinner review. Seated with a friendly welcome. Order taken promptly. Menu choice varied. Water offered, did not have to ask. Seating comfortable with a lovely view of the river. Room temperature comfortable. Service was seamless and the food delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had lunch here after attending a talk in the theatre. We both chose items from the specials board. Husband enjoyed his Chicken and mushroom stroganoff and I had the breaded Brie which unfortunately was slightly cold in the middle. The Brie came with an accompanying sweet chilli sauce which added some much needed moisture to the dryness of the Brie.... More

Menus are varied and linked to plays imaginatively. Food and service excellent and relaxed since linked to performances. Table near window is particularly attractive looking out on river!

I am a regular attender to the Theatre and cafe and love it. The theatre programme is wide and varied but this time we were there for the Winter Words festival which is well attended and a great wide range of speakers and authors. Food is available at cafe and restaurant level and having only ever used the cafe it... More
