Popped in here for a light lunch and really enjoyed it. The food was good, quick service and the staff were very nice. Good, wholesome hot food which hit the spot on a cold autumn day!

We were pleased to find a place serving French quality patisserie, and enjoyed our mid-afternoon snack very much. Not cheap but decent patisserie is not cheap.

Stopped on way back south for a coffee and a bacon sarnie after a weekend in Inverness. Just wanted a quick sandwich and coffee so grabbed a takeaway. Asked for bacon to be crispy - not a big request really. Very pleasant lady taking orders said no problem and instructed the woman cooking accordingly. Got sandwiches and coffees and headed... More

Small cafe inside bakery - only a few tables. But when we went in it was fine - nice food and chatty owners and reasonable prices. Would go back.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. The soup and sandwich deal was very reasonable and very tasty. They pride them selves on their home-made fare and you could taste the difference. Not many seats but worth a visit!

Stopped here on a journey home to Thurso from Perth for some brunch. Looked nice from the outside. Wish we had gone further down the road to go elsewhere! Food was pretty overpriced. And to eat in was a substantial amount more expensive. Please do not get me wrong I understand the reasons to charge more to sit in -... More

Just wanted a pie to eat on the go after a walk. Not much choice probably because I was late lunching - but it was a bakery-and went for a bridie (pastor) advertised as specially good. Warmed in a microwave the pastry went floppy, the filling dripped out completely useless on the go. Apart from pastry the consistency of overcooked... More

Nice enough food which we took away as it was much cheaper and the cakes are lovely! However, a little on the expensive side for 2 toasties and 2 cakes and nothing spectacular but okay if that's all you're after for lunch.

OK . . . a cold Saturday morning in November but nevertheless I was disappointed. A latte and a bacon roll "to sit in". The bacon roll was ok, although the nozzle on the tomato sauce could have done with a run under the tap but the latte was decidedly off. The milk had gelatinous lumps in it. Returned it,... More
