Stopped for lunch and sat in. Still a bit anxious since coming out of lockdown and wasn't changed by this experience. Friendly staff, average food, attempts at track and trace are sheets of paper on a table beside the counter with a pen which if you notice you could fill in but no one did. People surrounding the desk area for when your food is ready, rubbish on some tables and delivery driver picking up orders with no mask on ( perhaps he had a health reason?) and seating still felt tight. Under current restrictions won't be back. Screens up, staff behind the counter had masks on and sanitiser stations available. Trying to find positives but struggling.

Visiting yesterday with a friend I had to ask for our table to be wiped. The girl had just dumped our food down on an obviously messy table. On the way out we passed other tables which weren't cleaned, lots of crumbs on the floor too and no evidence of any kind of sanitising chairs between clientele. Most disturbing for me was seeing a rat outside nipping in and out of the curb stones along the drive through. When I pointed it out to a staff member she said they had rentokill round weekly as they were in a bad place. She was quite dismissive of my concerns the way she spoke to me. The food here is excellent, if pricey but they really need more staff to address cleaning and keeping the seating areas safe for the customers.

This branch of Tim’s is well located on Renfrew Rd. The car park is very small but there is an adjacent huge car park for the nearby retail park (Lidl, the Range and M&S) so parking isn’t an issue. The service was friendly enough, the coffee and Apple fritter was good and the place looked quite clean. I would happily go back.

Myself, my Husband and our sons visited the drive thru. Quite quick turn around and I can see why. Everything is either pre made and left to sit or kept in hot stacks. The breakfast bagel was so hard I couldn't bite into it. The hash browns were worse than frozen ones bought from Iceland and the Sausage and Egg Muffin was tasteless and looked awful. Muffin crumbling and sausage was dry. They didn't even include sugar for our coffee like we asked. Won't be visiting again.

Very busy when I visited, although mainly drive through. Waited over 5 minutes to place my order...which was a bit irritating Special offers on all breakfast meals being down to £1.99 🙂 When ordered meal came quickly and the staff where efficient and although busy where very friendly...oh and the breakfast and coffee where 👍

Food was physically repulsive. Very clearly everything is just cooked from frozen. Have now heard from from staff that there is no care taken to keep vegetarian/vegan food separate from the meat so will never eat from this company again, knowing that I’ve probably consumed some meat without my knowledge. Staff were very rude and clearly customer service is not even close to reaching their list of priorities. Could see them clearly making fun of someone ahead of me in the queue. Big concerns about food safety and hygiene. Avoid at all costs!

I'm not one for complaining, especially after the past 18 months but my blood is still boiling after this mornings experience. Arrived at Tim Horton's with two excited children who were looking forward to their pancakes. I joined the queue at 10.30am. There were 3 people in front of me. There was one member of staff serving at the till. Furthermore, this member of staff was also preparing the drinks orders for other waiting customers. By 11am I still hadn't been served and I observed customers behind me leave as the service was so slow. If I hadn't been with the kids, I would also have left. Nevertheless I waited. I was eventually served at 1107am. There was no "sorry for your wait" or any kind of apology whatsoever. I proceeded to order to be told that breakfast ceased at 11. I kindly stated that I understood that but I had been in the queue for 37 minutes !!! I genuinely thought they would have put the order through however the lady insisted there was nothing she could do and again no apology was offered. I left with 2 distraught children. I really get that there may be staff shortages and others learning on the job but this level of service is unacceptable. It would appear that this seems to be a reoccurring issue with Tim Horton's branches across Renfrewshire!

My Son decide we would go into Tim Hortons on Renfrew Road in Paisley, we arrived at 8pm the restaurant was actually blocked off with chairs although it was open till midnight. The service area had NO food out and looked closed, but my son order from the screen display and paid, for a French Vanilla Latte and a mixed box of 10 minis, and within seconds we were handed the order. The drink was luke warm and we were handed 22 mini bites when we ordered 10. Now normally being handed extra would be a bonus, but these were actually disgusting, cold, stale and some looked like they had been scoped off the floor. Tragic for a global chain like Tim Hortons to serve such disgusting attempt at food, and no doubt the restaurant was blocked off with chairs, no one would want to stay and eat there. The other reviews sum up Tim Hortons perfectly, and I will be seeking my money back from head office. My suggestion is if you don’t care anymore, close up and lock the doors.

Ordered cappuccino, hot chocolate and an Oreo pancake. When asked at drive thru, ‘can I take your order’ I said I needed a minute to read menu as it was 1st visit. ‘Can I take your order?’ Was repeated another 4 times. The coffee had a bitter taste. The hot chocolate was ok according to my daughter. The pancake was vile. Strange stodgy taste. Cream had been sprayed on top which became a soggy mess within seconds- melted into a liquid- totally rancid. All for £11 something. A total rip off. we won’t be back.

Me and my partner attended the paisley drive through tonight, we sat at the order machine for 5 minutes to no answer like the car in front. We then drove to the payment window to be told by a member of staff that we had to drive back round to the order machine to place our order as it could not be put through at the window, which is ludicrous considering it’s the person standing at the window with a head set that takes the orders. So after driving back round and placing our order at the machine I then asked the girl serving us why we had to do that only to be told lies, I then asked to speak to the manager. I explained calmly what had happened and was told “ we are extremely busy and that’s where the orders are to be taken” she then refused to give me her name and started laughing closing the window in our faces saying “please leave” The restaurant was not busy only one car in the drive through and the restaurant was closed to sit in. I have sent a complaint into Tim hortons regarding the poor service I have received tonight I also got the managers name badge and have also put this in the complaint. I will take this the full way to see action on the manager on shift. The food was also shocking the toasty wasn’t toasted and the wedges where still hard in the middle.

Four times in a row I have used their drive through for a morning coffee and four times I am almost 15 minutes and there has never been any more than 4 or 5 cars ahead of me, the service is shocking. I was even overheard shouting out loud in frustration at the wait, "why does it take so long to get through a drive through", and one of their staff heard me as he was at putting cardboard in the bin. He shouted back that they were very busy. Really?? Is that not why the business is there in the first place and is busy not a good thing for a business? And if they were so busy, why was he taking cardboard to the bin, should he not be supporting the others? Surely to god they have a system of service thats designed to deal with a maximum capacity of customers which I am sure is not 4 or 5 cars through a drive through. From now on, I'm going to double back to the McDonalds drive though just up the road as this business does not do put enough emphasis on customer service for my linking. And just to rub salt into my wounds, the last coffee had no milk in it..... Poor on every front.

First started coming here during lockdown and its safe to say I'm a regular. Staff are always friendly and the coffee is always served fast and hot. The area is always clean with staff constantly cleaning tables. It is nice that it's not pet friendly and we can have coffee in peace. I'm a dog owner myself but I go here to get a break from dogs. The loyalty scheme where you get a free coffee when you buy 10 is cool as well as the telltims where you can leave a review and get a free donut. Every little counts with today's cost of living. Easy access to the motorway too.

What a great place! Visited last night 10min before closing time (23.50pm) went in as free small drinks are being offered just now on a promotion. And we were on the night shift. Decided to purchase 2 donughts as well. But was asked what shift we were on and we're we working alone (there are 8 of us on shift) we were then given for free 12 gorgeous tasty donughts to take away with our also free drinks. Staff were amazing and so lovely. Definitely worth the visit and definitely will return. Thanks so much!!

We were in paisley late at night and we were hungry, so we thought we would try the drive thru, we have only tried the breakfast menu previously. We have sat in here before and inside was dirty but the service at the drive thru was great and we were served straight away. They have a great selection of food and the burgers are very tasty. We will definitely be back to try some more!

I love Tim hortons but I'm going to be forced to a different one as this one consistently has poor service, as I walked in there's was no hand sanitiser, a seemingly pointless wait for one of the staff who ignore you to be bothered serving. no-one cleans the tables - The one I had to sit at was covered in spills and crumbs with the remains of someone else's stuff in a bag. I dont normally complain on trip advisor but this has been since opening.
