You cannot come to Ayr and not eat here. Whether you sit in to eat or take it away the food is very good. Best black pudding for miles around.

I was greeted by friendly staff on arrival but I was underwhelmed by the food that I ordered. The chips were decent enough but the haggis supper was stodgy and barely cooked through so ended up leaving half of it.

The Wellington Café has been in Ayr for years and is a classic. This is the chippy I would recommend in Ayr sit in or take away the staff are nice and the prices are good and the fish is extra crispy.

It's a fish and chip shop . if you have dietary issues ,perhaps it would be best if you visited a specialist restaurant or you could contact the establishment . personally I would just go for it
