We heard live music while walking past so we went in for a pint and ended up staying until bar close! Very friendly staff and the music was good.

We didn't eat here but had been wandering around Ennis after 9:30 and found a traditional music night at Cruises. It was great! 9 musicians playing irish music and having a great time doing it. Live music every night, definitely stop in for a pint after dinner.

During our day trip to this small cosy city that Ennis is, we got caught by a veeery heavy rain (welcome to Ireland, folks!) and decided to look for shelter and grab a pint in the meantime. We randomly chose this place because it looked decent from the outside, but the interior was one hundred times better looking! Cruises has... More

No seasoning used in any of the dishes. Seafood chowder was watery and fish was chewing gum. Hamburger was burnt to a crisp, black and tasteless. Will never go back, absolutely horrific food

We were looking for traditional music, and although unadvertised for a Wednesday night, Cruises had the best. By the end of the evening a 5 piece group of musicians had increased to 11 and it was fabulous. It was a lot of fun, and clearly families were included - 11 pm, but the children of the various musicians were wandering... More

The food was bad, the cutlery was dirty as well as the table tops and the staff were indifferent. it was just like a fast food restaurant, wouldn't go again

Go there for excellent food and exciting Irish music sessions. Atmosphere is authentic and all staff very friendly specially with families. We are very glad that we found it by hazard and just really can recommend it.

Couldn't have been happier with both food and service. Was sent here by another bar because they had music and was not disappointed, although music didn't start straight away, we were seated promptly, presented with our menus and were stunned at the selection on the menu. Although it was the most expensive place we are in in Ennis, it certainly... More

We chose this restaurant exclusively for watching live music during the Fleadh Nua Festival. We were delighted that the food was outstanding and the service excellent. Our waiter could not have been more helpful in pointing out the best place to sit to see and hear the music. He went out of his way to avoid our numerous food allergies.... More

My friends and I had dinner here before the Irish music began. The food is excellent. I highly recommend the Beef & Guinness Pie & the fish & chips. What a great place. After dinner we went into the pub area for a Guinness & to listen to some traditional Irish music. The name of the pub/bar/restaurant is my last... More

Wonderful atmosphere for a sing-along, and one can enjoy listening to many famous musicians nightly during the Summer. Come and enjoy a 'session' with many of Clare's well known musicians. The pub gets its name from a famous tailor who resided in the area, made famous by the song "Spancill Hill" which has the June Fair held in the locality each year.
