My first visit to the Flying Enterprise and it certainly won't be my last. The staff are lovely & friendly. Good choice on the menu and what we got was so delicious and the portions are huge so we left stuffed! :)

We were recommended to visit the Flying Enterprise by the staff of An Spailpin Fanac down the road. It has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, with good décor and very friendly and helpful staff. We could only manage starters after having had a pub lunch earlier in the day. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious.... More

No nonsense bar with friendly and efficient service which serves a good breakfast. Conveniently located in central Cork.

We had our wedding lunch here for twenty people. The menu was varied, the food delicious and the wine was excellent. The service from staff was very professional. We were looked after in the Courtyard bar area for pre-lunch drinks. A lovely setting.

Had the most delicious meal ever in The Captains Table last night. The variety on the menu was outstanding and the quality/taste of the food that we ordered was amazing. My husband and I had different starters and mains all of which were truly amazing. He had the mussels and I had the smoked chicken salad. For the main I... More

We experienced a sumptuous lunch at The Flying Enterprise recently, as part of a large social group. We all used exactly the same menu as the other customers, of whom there were many. There was a wide range of choices available for the main and desert courses. The service was prompt and efficient and the overall quality superb. I had... More

The Enterprise is a Cork Institution. If you visit the city you should visit here for their wonderful Irish Breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Enterprise is always reasonably priced, great staff and very accessible from the city.

Having had a reasonable experience some years ago at this place, and enticed by the "Jazz Weekend" menu on the door and the friendly welcome of the doorman, we expected some good evening food in a reputed Cork hostelry. How mistaken we were! It took a few minutes for the (not overwhelmed) staff behind the bar to notice the 3... More

My husband noticed this place when we visited Elizabeth Fort. I'm not sure what drew him because there isn't much to make it stand out from the outside, anyway I'm glad he did. I'm also glad that they had sold out of the roast lamb & that our waitress recommended the beef. I hesitate to order beef because I'm so... More
