Italy is famously blessed with a wonderful tradition of fine cuisine and wonderful diverse wines and the Italian passion for most of the beautiful things in life is legendary and difficult to ignore. They tend to bring this flair and enthusiasm for life with them wherever they go. Was once advised by a sage that if ever in doubt about... More

Popped in to rest weary bones on thursday for the first time. Was immediately transported to Italy,a country dear to my heart over the years. The layout is so authentic of cafe bars I visited when I travelled to Italy.Family service chatting busily at the counter, the barista expertly working his craft with aplomb, mindful of orders with nodding friendly smiles from all the... Breakfast at Italee -- almond croissants, plain croissants, and eggs and toast. Judging from how busy this little cafe is, they're known for their morning offerings. Hoping to return in the next day or so!

We were not disappointed. We will be back to savour a little touch of Italee. Keep up the great standards and work. My compliments to... More

I visited Cafe italee today and had a beautiful cup of coffee at a reasonable price. I am sick of paying for coffee that's tastes horrible. Cafe italee has the best coffee in Cork. The service is brilliant and the place maybe busy but you will always get a table and there is no delay with your order. I love... More

It really is a little Italy; the staff here do not hesitate to use their Italian (their English is fluent too of course). Outside are the best tables because then you get to watch the world go by on Oliver Plunkett Street, but there's plenty of room inside upstairs and downstairs too. I enjoyed my tuna panino (which was a... More

Good coffee and service. Unfortunately salad very uninspiring. Consisted mainly of green leaves, no dressing and dry tasteless chicken. Left most of two orders on plates.
