We had our summer barbecue at this venue. There is a gorgeous garden. Friendly staff and food was good too. Really enjoyed our day here!

Stopped here last Saturday afternoon about 3 o'clock. Fine spot for a carvery lunch. There was about 5 choices for the carvery and a nice selection of desserts. We both had the bacon and cabbage. I got a full and herself got a "half" portion. Both were very generous portions and not much between them in size, (an extra slice... More

The place is very dark and looks very old fashioned. We both ordered the chicken curry tasted ok but a small portion which cost €12 each and definitely wasn't worth that price. The whole place needs a revamp and new furniture. The toilets are disgusting and smelled of urine.

Just went there for lunch and was amazed to find that the place hasn't changed since the 1970's, except for many flat screen TVs. We paid nearly €25 for 2 chicken curry lunch portions, no tea or coffee. The curry was nothing special, certainly not worth €12 and change. Toilets are 1970s style also, complete with the smell of stale... More

We ate their yesterday, service was appalling. On each table was a menu advertising a burger and a drink for 15 euros, when I ordered it I was told it was only available after 4.00pm - why put the menus on the table then. I ordered the burger in pepper sauce and after one bite of what was a dry,... More
