Third stay here at this very stylish hotel. Decor and furnishings are all excellent, sometimes a bit too stylish e.g.the phones look great but not so easy to use. Really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, especially the black pudding ravioli and the cod. Breakfast offerings good but poached eggs whilst looking fantastic were overlooked and solid. Booked a suite this... More

Cutting to the chase. The service was very poor. We had to go look for help/service. There were 5 of us, it was pre booked but took them 1 hour to serve the afternoon tea and the place was not exactly hopping. Granted a few of us were 10 mins late but still it wasn't like they didn't know what... More

Had dinner and lunch here as part of a hospitality package. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Dinner was excellent, crab, duck, good selection on the menu. With lunch the following day we all said it was the best chocolate brownie we had ever tasted! Good location in a quiet road near Baggot Street

Went here with locals and visitors from New York. Warm welcome top notch cocktails from experienced mixologist. Excellent wine suggestions from Oscar, a total pro in all aspects. Food was prepared to everyone's liking. Risotto with truffles stupendous. Meat and fish courses beautifully done with seasonal vegetables roasted to perfection. Desserts dreamy. Really couldn't expect more. Five gourmets went away... More

I stayed here on an anniversary in October. The room (actually a suite I think) was beautiful and the hotel itself is decorated wonderfully. The bar is just as impressive and does amazing cocktails although I cannot advise on the food as we didn't eat here. The only thing I would criticize is the pets policy. Although I have no... More

Great meal. The presentation was top notch and more than anything the service was out of this world. Highly recommended. Can hardly wait to go back.

Stayed here for the weekend early October. From the outside it appears nothing much but then you step inside and it really does have the wow factor. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and with an amazing shower !! the hairdryer actually dried your hair (a first for many hotels I've stayed in !) and the tea and coffee selection... More

I went there for my girlfriends birthday and, despite being almost the only people in the restaurant, we had to wait quite some time between courses. The staff was friendly, they tried to make it up by giving us two glasses of prosceco, which was a nice gesture. The food was ok but not great. We had crab meat cakes... More

I have stayed at this hotel for business purposes. It is located in a very quiet area near the city centre. As I love walking, took me around 15 mins walk to the very city centre which I don't mind at all. For those who don`t want to walk, can easily take a taxi. Near the hotel there is a... More
