Ordered food to go from here recently and it was absolutely horrible. I threw most of it in the bin because it tasted so awful. My girlfriend tried it and she thought it was disgusting too. The chicken was chewy and dry, the chips were reheated and over cooked, the fried rice was nothing special, the sauce was heavy and... More

Went here for my daughters christening.on arrival as I walked across to our table I slipped on something on the floor while holding my daughters thank God I took the brunt of the fall and she was OK. I was giving a bag of ice and never asked if I was OK the for the rest of the time I... More

We regularly eat here and we cannot fault it.. The all you can eat is very reasonable €16.99 which is really good for the quality of the food! Your food is served to your table not like most all you can eat buffets. All the food is served in really small portions so you can order more and taste more... More

All you can eat buffets i generally avoid. But the difference here is its made to order. Order as many starters, soups and mains as you like all for one price. Plates are small but that means you can try each dish! Staff are very friendly without being intrusive. With the park across the way its the perfect location

Went last night, Saturday night. Appeared to be very busy but wasn't actually. A few big groups in but while there seemed to be enough floor staff on duty they found it hard to cope. Perhaps, the problem was in the kitchen. Waited a good while before anyone came to take our orders. The girl would only take the starter... More

Was here for a family event. Only really thing going for it is the 12.50 special. Service is poor quantity and quality is basic and would not go back. cant seem to deal well with group bookings everyone got served at different times. Kids choice limited and expensive. ..€8 makes it dearer than most places for kids that ive been.... More

We used our voucher yesterday. Great value for money and nice food. We had shredded chicken and rolls for starter and beef (choy souy) and chicken (black beans) for mains. Generous portions served fast. Great value for money! However be aware that when I ordered latte I was charged 3e (coffee was included in the deal) and I got latte... More

This was formerly known as The Rising Phoenix. Its an open booth and table layout, well appointed and decorated in soft tones. Spacious with no overcrowding. Staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Menu is varied with Thai and typic Cantonese dishes. A nice reasonably priced wine list too. We visited early evening midweek and it was doing a stready trade... More

I have gone to the Rising Phoenix on many occasion, and will have no hesitation recommending to anyone. The staff are polite, and the food is lovely. Well worth a visit
