Never heard about this place until recently! Can't believe I don't know it even though it's here 20 years! Absolutely delicious, healthy, great experience and what great value! Will now be my regular!

We ended up here after we couldn't get a table in a different restaurant. We have been for 20 years and I was not sure if it was be as good. We were there for lunch with the kids and we all loved it. Food is healthy and tasty and seeing as you pick the flavours you can really have... More

We visited The Mongolian BBQ for a dinner. I have been at a similar place in Cologne, where the food was great. Sadly, this place in Dublin was disappointment. While the selection and taste of noodles, etc. was alright (though a bit small), the sauces lacked any individual taste, no matter how much we took. At the same time does... More

There are selections of noodles, vegetables , meats as well as fish and tofu for you to select. You put your choices into a bowl, add you choice from a selection of seasonings and then ladles flavoured liquid required for the cooking process which is done by the chef manning the mongolian barbecue. The finished product is served up to... More

You come here and basically design your own meal while it is cooked in front of you. The restaurant has a communal feel to it and it is a serve yourself kind of place - which isn't exactly very endearing. For a casual, cheap, healthy and tasty meal with friends I would recommend here.

Really different to a normal eatery and really worth trying. We found the staff helpful and polite. Very relaxed and informal. Such a good concept. Picking your own raw ingredients, adding the spices you want, choosing the sauces to cook it in yourself and then watch the chef cook it all up for you. Before 4 they did a small... More

This place is cool, with a fairly unique concept. If you go for the lunch bowl ( available til 4pm) it's €6.90 for quite a lot of food. You get rice to the table, and you go and pick a bowl and put noodles (if you want) and veg in this bowl. You pick a bowl of meat and get... More

There is a great concept behind this place. Pick your rice/noodles, veg, sauce, meat etc and then watch it get cooked in front of you. Everything looked the part but the taste of the food, maybe it was just me or what I picked but it was only average. I'll be back to try it again and hopefully it lives... More

Hi Sean, Thanks for your review! Sometimes the buffet can be a bit overwhelming with what combinations of spices and sauces work together, so we're sorry you weren't blown away by the food. We have recipes on top of the buffet which you can follow to create any one of our signature dishes such as Spicy Asian Noodles, Chicken Satay... More

Description
Mongolian Barbeque is the name given a method of cooking used by Genghis Khan and his troops in the 13th century, when they would cook meat on their shields over an open fire! Now we use a cast iron grill over an open flame, and you get to choose your ingredients. We have a great range of meat and vegetables, spices and sauces. With prices starting from 6.90 Euro at lunchtime for one trip, Early Bird discounts and All You Can Eat options, as well as tempting side orders, desserts and great beer offers, how could you resist?!
