Let me start with something good, the lady who served us was lovely, but thats where the positivity starts and ends. We got a groupon deal (not our first but def the worst). It was not easy to find firstly, when we got inside it was poky, small and dingy. As I said the woman who seated us was very... More

Take a look at the review below mine... they tell the full story. Mine is similar... although I did get the prosecco but I'm not sure that mattered. The quality of food was about the same as a dingy country pub. I do not believe anyone actually goes to the restaurant on anything other than a voucher. It's the only... More

We had the groupon, phone number, yet nobody was answering the thing. This has happened before and we have managed to get a table so we went along anyhow. On the way, we began to read the reviews of the place and began the debate of shall we go somewhere else? Finally, we decided, we know how bad it can... More

I wish I could concur with the previous reviews about the food. Sadly after booking 4 days in advance we arrived to what looks like a community centre with tables crammed in for some local charity bash. After being left sitting at the bar for 5 minutes ignored we eventually were shown to our table and then told the only... More

So it seems this place is currently running on Groupon vouchers which I would have thought are all about driving return business. I cannot image how ANYONE would want to go back (this is nothing to do with the price!). Upon arrival we were asked if we had the voucher in a tone similar to 'papers please' then had our... More

Went last night to this dingy "canteen". The place looked like it was opened in the sixties. Cheap hi-fi playng Sinatra all the time we were there. Looked in bad need of painting (or possibly cleaning. Very limited menu. We ordered fillet steaks on a Saturday evening to be sold they had none. They were too dear this week. Instead... More

Same coupon story as the others. Only sirloin steak, no prosecco. Looks like it runs only to sell deal meals. Wouldn't be surprised if they didn't take cash!

Unpleasant waitress who was obviously fed up working in this shoddy place! The menu was minus the proscecco as advertised, no fillet or rib eye or chicken as advertised. Went for the "sirloin" which was a thin, over cooked piece of shoe leather. Chicken wings for starter were cold & poor quality. White wine was like paint stripper. The bottle... More

I bought a GroupOn deal for this restaurant. As per the deal, we were supposed to get prosecco upon arrival, followed by a steak (rib-eye, fillet, t-bone, striploin) with a side order. Yet, there was no prosecco – we were offered standard beers and house wine instead as the place had run out of the drink. The steaks... Well, they only... More
