Eat here recently for a family occasion. Waitress that served us as very good, friendly and on top of her game. A lot of deep fat fried dishes presented without a lot of imagination. Didnt have desert but they looked very good. Would eat here again only if I was in house for drinks or socializing. Would not return specifically... More

Went here for dinner of a Saturday evening, having browsed the menu selected the Pan Fried Chicken Supreme Florentine and was told it would be twenty minutes. The dish arrived on time and chicken was served on a bed of spinach with fondant potatoes and a madeira jus, seasonal vegetables on the side in a separate dish. First item to... More

We visited the Rody Boland two times, both times the food was excellent and the service friendly. A great pub away from the more touristy locations in the city centre.

Very enjoyable pub with a very good menu, excellent value with main courses for as little as 9 euro, staff were very friendly and service very quick even as it was busy on a saturday of all Ireland GAA replay. However the drinks were on the expensive side especially the non alcholal beer and soft drinks. But overall a nice... More

Rody Bolands have always had a wonderful pub, it is a great alternative to a late night in town. Pub stays open late, usually has some drink deals and the music is great!

Nice old little pub with a great atmosphere. Best steak pie with a Guinness sauce, very nice and the bread and butter pudding for desert was fantastic. Highly recommend and the service was great too

The food is good Irish pub food, and the service and atmosphere both are nice. If there is a party, the place can get really loud, so avoid that if you can.

Fantastic food and friendly people. Would recommend anyone to come here. Good for watching sports - especially the hurling, and a great selection of beers

My friend and I ended our trip in Ireland with 3 nights in Rathmines. We stumbled into this pub the first night for dinner. We absolutely loved the Caesar salad with prawns. We are creatures of habit already, but we ended up coming back all 3 nights and ordered it every time. The manager and waitress were super friendly and... More
