We went in here in a hurry just before a film. Explained to the server that we had limited time. She was really friendly and our food came within 10 minutes. Lasagne came with fries or a salad at €10.50, so prices are quite reasonable. Large glass of wine €8.75. Has a full bar. Busy place and not widely known.... More

I was here with two friends on a Sunday 2 or 3 weeks ago. The service was terrible! I couldn't believe it. It seemed like the waiting staff had never been trained. They were slow, casual and noncholant. I saw a waitress flick and toss her long hair, again and again, while carrying plates of food (no mean feat, I... More

I ordered falafel from the restaurant. It was served with pita bread and I discovered that there was blue mold on it. We notified the waiter, who muffled "eww" and took it away. There was no real apology from staff. Very poor food and very poor service. Would not recommend.

I really enjoyed the mixed bruscetta starter..hummus, salsa and pesto. The salmon, avocado and creme fraiche was so tasty. We had the battered fish and chips. Good value and friendly service.

Wonderful restaurant slightly hidden off the main tourist track. Very welcoming, and seemed to have a mix of tourist and locals alike. Lovely friendly service and tasty food, at a fair price. Would definitely visit again when in Dublin.

This is a wonderful place to have a bite or a drink after or before a film. The food and drink is fair an the atmosphere is comfortable and unique to Dublin. That is the good side and the reason to visit the location; the bad news is, is that it is badly managed. We waited in line for a... More

I have gone here many times, it's always good. Very consistent. Reasonable prices in the heart of Dublin. I like the main area with the high ceiling and skylight. They managed to keep it warm as well! There is also the bar area and the mezzanine. Also they don't mind you staying and reading or chilling. There is also the... More

The IFI is my favourite cinema and I always try and include a meal in their CaféBar before or after the event. The food is always good, the service friendly and neither food nor large glass of good wine are overpriced. As a member of the IFI they even award their customers with brownie points both for meal and ticket... More
