A recent visit to Baker's of Thomas St. was soured by the short and rude interaction with a brunette barmaid. How simple manners have escaped this woman who works in the services industry is remarkable in itself but she also has the ability to make customers feel like they have walked into her own front room and deigned to request... One of the friendliest Pubs in Dublin; with great food and Fab entertainment afterwards. This is a Family run Pub situated in Thomas Street; close to City Centre and gives you great value for money unlike Ripoff Temple Bar ;just a stonethrow away. THUMBS UP for BAKERS BAR . 100%

Staff was friendly. No food is served after 5 pm. So decided to have only a drink and look for a restaurant after. My wine glass had lipstick on it. I told the waitress and got a new glass. I told her that this has lipstick on it as well. And it was a full print of the lower lip... More

I stopped here recently just to grab a quick bit of lunch. It is a lovely old school boozer and would be highly enjoyable for a few pints. I had a Caesar Salad and I'm afraid to say it was the worst meal I've had in a long time. The cheese was grated lumps of cheddar, the lettuce was limp,... More

Nice staff, good food, fair prices. Near the guinness so you can get here on your way back to the city center. Free wifi is also available just ask the stuff for the password.

Stoped here for a couple of pints after work during the week. Say on the bar .good stout and friendly bar man and the bar lady likes to sing along to the music. Good crew of locals there top. No frills bar with a very authentic feel. I would recommend it for all you tourists looking to step into old... More

Had a quick drink here before going to Vicar Street this weekend. It's nice for people watching if you get a seat in the window. One side of the pub was packed with people as there was some entertainment on but we were happy enough on the other side away from that. Staff were friendly and prices were reasonable.
