After recently moving back from Melbourne and trying many coffees around the city I was disappointed that they were all generally quite bad. I got a recommendation of Bear Market and was absolutely delighted with the smooth flavour. I am delighted I am only a 5 minute walk from here

This place is a must visit. I come to this coffee shop on a regular basis with my boyfriend and we both absolutely adore it. I must say their cappuccinos are deliciously smooth, very hard to beat. We sometimes opt for the guest blend coffee which is €1 dearer but always worth a try as it's nice to change things... More

My friends and I meet at Bear Market most weekends. It's the best coffee south of Dublin, in what is probably the nicest town in Dublin - Blackrock. Get your coffee "for here" in their cool drink-in, Bear Market mugs. If the cafe could improve one thing, it would be an incentive to avoid paper cups - a drink in... More

Went for a quick coffee, then I relaxed . I only drink decaf ( migraine issues) . And most places for some reason ( I suspect not giving me decaf) I still get the shakes and a migraine half an hour later but not here. I drank a delicious coffee and felt great. Had a sneaky couple of chocolates that... More

Stopped in here in search of a coconut latte the morning after the superbowl but they were all out of cocnut milk so a cappucino it was. Great selection of healthy snacks to go with tasty coffee. Not to be missed:

I was so looking forward to a good coffee the wet and windy morning I arrived at Bear Market, but unfortunately I was disappointed. Coffee was served in a large paper mug - no option of a proper cup was offered even though I was staying put to drink it. Then the coffee served was watery and not at all... More

First visit here today. Really enjoyed the coffee and the bakewell tart was amazing! Coffee is right up there with badger and dodo coffee in the Coffee Shot, Sandyford, which I rate as the best coffee around. Will definitely be back to Bear Market.

I'm not a big coffee fan but almost every morning I go to Bear Market before taking the DART to work. They have a nice coffee variety, pastries and different food and drinks. The place is small but it is cozy and well design.

Finally got to try bear marker. Coffee lived up to its brilliant reputation and the sandwhich (New York Reuben) was one of the best I've had. Fresh ingredients (incl. curried cabbage!!) on bread like silk. Would go back for that alone! Staff so friendly too!
