Two of us popped in here for a few drinks on a Thursday night. Typical Dublin pub. In centre city. A brilliant athmosphere, place was packed and age group was varied but mainly 30s, 40s. Bar staff were busy, but really friendly and efficient. Toilets...More

I've been coming here since 1990 and it still has the same type of crowd .... Evolving and engaging. Probably the best old pubs in Dublin. Friday and Saturday nights a must .

I came here since it was recommended on my travel book. My coffee and scone were delicious but the place was really packed and the staff wasn't very friendly. It's ok if you can't make it here plus they have a small take away location...More

Traditional Victorian style Irish pub that dates back to 1803. A good mix of regulars and tourists. We met a few patrons who were happy to talk to us. They gave us some great tips on other bars and shopping.

Kehoes is like walking back in time. Make sure you drink upstairs in the lounge, it looks like it hasn’t changed since the 60’s. It feels like your in someone’s front room at a great house party. Good drinks, great atmosphere! Recommended.

Enjoyed the beer and whiskey flight tasting. You will see lots of locals at this place and it can get crowded at night but worth a visit to what was voted the number 1 bar in Dublin.

Met up with friends here for a few pre-dinner drinks and had a fabulous time! Great beer, good wine and a fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Went for "one quick quiet pint" after work. Sarah got us a nice table in about ten seconds and all of a sudden three hours had passed. Lovely spot.

But if you're in your twenties and on a group night out, perfect! Classic Irish pub off Grafton St and the staff know what they're doing but the people there are going fir it madly even at 6pm on a school, night, so be warned!

A great old-fashioned boozer, full of atmosphere, good selection of beers and friendly service - what's not to like?

I would agree with Kbono14 about Keoghs. Maybe worth a try at Doheny & Nesbitt if you want a true Irish pub experience (Baggot St) or assuming your son eats meat (I'm taking dairy to mean cheese, milk & eggs) I can truly... More
