Food was reasonable - prawns were delicious, vermicelli noodles was bad but the fish wrapped in banana leaf was fantastic! Music in the background killed off the Malaysian feel. It was too jazzy and western. It would have helped to create an authentic Malaysian atmosphere with traditional Malaysian music.

My wife and I had a very nice meal here. The rendang is delicious as is the debal. The satay appetizer was a bit bland, we thought, but the peanut sauce was delicious. Service was good, prices were fair to middling. Would return

The perfect place to go if you want true Malaysian food. A blend of great tastes & no skimping on the flavours. Friendly staff & great service. Couldn't be better.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Langkawi! The owners were warm and friendly, the service was great, and the meal delicious! The food definitely has a kick, which was perfect for us since we love spicy food. We had roti, two different curries, and rice pudding with palm sugar and coconut milk for dessert - all fabulous!... We really enjoyed the satay chicken sticks and some curries with our three young kids and parents. Seven of us with drinks cost 110 euro so not a cheap outing for us but worth it for a good quality meal while travelling (and not another pub meal with chips!!). We are staying within walking distance in a fancy part of... More

The maître d' played an absolute blinder looking after everyone, checking to see that all members of our party got food that wasn't too spicy or matched what they wanted. It wasn't stuffy & sophisticated but was really enjoyable well presented food with excellent service. Everyone, from ages 11 to 90 loved their food. It made such a pleasant change... More
