One of the best fish and chips I've tried ever! Good portions, a bit overpriced however (9€ for one) but suppose that it's related to the fact thats a well known place! Good food!

Our taxi driver told us it was the best fish and chips in Dublin, so we decided to try it since it was close to our hotel. I had heard later it gets very busy at times but there was no line when we went. There's nowhere to sit (we knew that in advance) and the weather was very windy... More

Leo Burdocks is simply the best - their chips are enormous and taste exceptional, their fish is fresh and you get a humongous portion. The batter on their fish is sensational. Friendly staff- Always busy so be prepared to wait in short queue.

I had visitors over from Denmark who said they'd love to have "fish & chips" in a paper bag! So I thought why not Burdocks? sure I grew up knowing it's "supposedly" the best "fish & chip" shop in Dublin....after our visit to Guinness Storehouse we walked to Burdocks & had quite an appetite on arrival. There was a mixture... More

We visited the original location which has no seating on a rainy day. The cod and chips with taco sauce were so delicious, we were happy to find nearby shelter to eat. It is no surprise that it has been in business for over 100 years with their generous portions and great quality.

Prior to my trip to Dublin, I got a tip from a friend from there to try out Leo's famous fish and chips. It turned out to be very good advise, as the food was just awsome! Best f&c I've ever eaten, period. The original shop is the one in Werburgh Street, and is take-away only.

Delicious, crunchy, fried fish and spectacular chips with a crispy exterior and a pillow-soft interior.

Fish was really good, but chips could have been a bit darker. No salt in the dish. Big portions, basic meal. Would be ok with kids. Small eaters could share a portion.

Gorgeous food traditional style fish and chips in paper. Staff are friendly and efficient. Portion sizes are large and food is great quality.
